Manos Karathanassis is the co-founder and President of KM Cube Asset Management, bringing extensive experience and leadership to the firm. He began his career as a relationship manager in Athens, London, and Luxembourg, managing high net worth clients' assets. In 2015, he co-founded KM Cube with Kostas Metaxas, expanding it into a fully regulated asset management company. Manos holds a bachelor's degree from the University of London, an MSc from the University of East London, and an MBA from ALBA Business School. His strategic vision and expertise have been instrumental in the company's growth and success.
Kostas Metaxas
CEO, CO-FOUNDER
Kostas Metaxas is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of KM Cube Asset Management. With a diverse career in the investment industry, he has held senior positions at Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, and Bank of America, and served as a relationship manager at Credit Suisse, Citigroup, and Eurobank EFG Private Bank. In 2015, he co-founded KM Cube with Manos Karathanassis, expanding it into a fully regulated asset management firm. Kostas is known for his quantitative and systematic development skills. He holds a business administration degree from the University of Piraeus and a Master's degree from Brunel University.
Nikos Karathanassis

Nikos Karathanassis is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in asset management. He served as the General Manager at Alpha Asset Management, where he was a Board Member and part of various investment committees, including Alpha Private Banking and the employee insurance program of Alpha Bank. Nikos has held several leadership positions within Alpha Asset Management, focusing on investment strategy and portfolio management. He holds an MSc in Shipping, Trade, and Finance from Bayes Business School and a BSc in Computer Science from Queen Mary College, University of London.
Kostas Mantzoris

Kostas Mantzoris is the founder and CEO of KM Investment Services, a tied agent of KM Cube Asset Management. With 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kostas has a proven record of success. His diverse background spans wealth management, asset management, and fixed income proprietary trading. In 2007, he joined Piraeus Bank and later played a crucial role in creating a JV with BNP Paribas Wealth Management. In 2013, he helped establish the Greek branch of Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) SA, and in 2017-18, he significantly increased EFG Bank Luxembourg's market share in Greece. Kostas continues to contribute to KM Cube's business development and remains a key team member.
George Nagoulopoulos

Athanassios (Thanos) Zois

He has served as First Vice President at EFG International, helping to establish the bank in the Greek market. Prior to EFG, he was a Senior Private Banker for Alpha Bank and founded the Athens Wealth Management Center at Credit Agricole. Thanos began his career at National Bank of Greece Group, managing relationships with HNWI and institutional clients. He holds a Master in Finance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Athens. Thanos is a Certified Portfolio Manager from the Bank of Greece, proficient in Greek, English, and French.

Yiannis Couletsis
VOLATILITY PORTFOLIO MANAGER, CHAIRMAN OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE
Yannis Couletsis is a senior portfolio manager and the sole proprietor of our volatility arm,
Credence Capital Management. He is a member of our Investment Committee and advises the firm on derivatives strategies, hedging techniques, and structured client solutions. Above all, he is responsible for implementing various volatility strategies in client portfolios and selected managed accounts. He was the head trader of Marfin-Laiki Bank in Athens and also served as Vice-Chairman of IBG Investment Services and on the Investment Committee of IBG Mutual Funds. Prior to affiliating with KM Cube, Yannis has been running his own volatility hedge fund for over 12 years.

Kostas Asimakopoulos

Kostas Asimakopoulos has been an Investment Professional since 2002 who joined KM Cube as a senior Portfolio Manager in 2023. His focus is on implementing multi asset strategies to privately managed accounts. He previously served as a Head of Investments for Prelium Investment Services, managing a variety of multi asset portfolios with different risk profiles. He also served as a member of the Investment Committee for a multi asset UCITS fund. He is a certified portfolio manager and financial analyst by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
Angelo Pervanas

Angelo Pervanas is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience in stock markets and foreign exchange analysis. He began his career at Shearson Lehman Brothers in Los Angeles before returning to Greece to join G.A. Pervanas Securities. At G.A. Pervanas Securities, he developed the Financial Research and Analysis department and established the Foreign Markets department. Angelo co-founded Exclusive Capital Prime in Cyprus, where he currently serves as Chief Investment Officer. He holds certifications from both the Athens and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges.
